Breaking Supernatural Realms at Brigham Young University | Rexburg, Idaho | Paranormal | Historical | Hauntings | IdaHaunts | BoiCGH

Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho, opened in 1888 and was initially known as Ricks College on Temple Hill. Once again, we discover that this site was built over original sacred burial grounds.

Many bodies were exhumed during construction of this University. When will people learn that respecting the dead is vital and failure to do so may come with great consequence?

Today the University accommodates over 30,000 students and it comes as no surprise whatsoever to know that many of these students have experienced unexplained phenomena.

Could it be that many of those spirits are now restless after such disturbance? Are they seeking solace? Are they angered?

What do you think? Could there be sinister forces lurking amongst this College of Humanities?

Karl G Maeser was a Professor who once taught here and it has been suggested his spirit lingers at the Karl G Maeser building today.

It is speculated that the spirit of a very young girl, who was murdered here, haunts the campus today. Her tiny misty apparition is often seen walking from the east to west side of the building. This little girl walks aimlessly throughout the night hours, seemingly sad and mournful, repeatedly retracing her steps.

Could this have been the last route she took before death?

Students have described hearing audible childlike footsteps run by immediately coinciding with a significant temperature change as an icy chill accompanies her active directional path.

Many have described an invisible cold little hand grasping onto their hands, and an invisible, yet strong, energy pulling at their clothes and bags.

Does this little girl somehow find comfort in residing here in spirit?

One word of warning, this entity does not appreciate anyone stepping in her way and becomes extremely hostile upon being disturbed.

Hauntings and allegedly haunted locations are not for entertainment.

Many paranormal teams have conducted investigative tests including EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) which revealed some truly chilling results by way of whispers, frightening growling sounds and multiple voices shouting ‘GO!’.

Total battery drainage of electrical equipment was a continuous problem.

Perhaps the most disturbing phenomena experienced here is when those spirits have been known to shout people out, by individual name! It doesn’t get much more interactive than that.

So what does that reveal? Those entities would appear conscious of their surroundings, supernaturally interacting in present real time, bursting through realms.

If you can tell me what type of hauntings these would be classed as in the comment section below you might get a gold star.
