Can We Pick Up On Supernatural Energies? | Little Boy Grasps Hands Of The Living At The Hotel Monteleone | New Orleans, Louisiana | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

From ancient remedies to dark magic, welcome to New Orleans, Louisiana, playground of the paranormal.

If you don’t mind being woken up in the still of the night by creepy voices whispering sweet nothings into your ears, go right ahead and book a room at the Hotel Monteleone.

One family described how their young daughter asked them “who is the little girl who came to play with me in the night?”

The child went on to tell of how much fun she had with her new friend and that they had played games all not long. Yikes.

This prestigious, family owned, hotel is located in the French Quarter of New Orleans and is widely recognized for its unique rotating carousel bar and lounge, the only one of its kind in the State.

During 1880 Antonio Monteleone arrived in America. He purchased the property and began his brand new business venture. He called the hotel The Commerical Hotel, and later changed it to Hotel Monteleone.

After Antonios passing the hotel was handed down to his son who further expanded the building. In 1964 a sky terrace with swimming pool was installed.

The Monteleone family line continue to operate the hotel today, offering luxury lodging and finest dining.

However, the hotel is rumored as being New Orleans' most haunted location. Let's find out why.

Owners and staff have stated that any entities they have encountered are never ever malevolent.

The elevator has a habit of stopping on the 14th floor, regardless of selection. As you step off the elevator on this floor and venture the length of the corridor, the temperature becomes unexplainably colder and colder.

Staff have reported shocking physical collisions with groups of ghostly children on this floor. One child has been known to approach the living, even grasping hands, and asks for help with "finding his mommy".

Doors and cabinets have been seen to open unaided in the kitchen areas and nostalgic jazz music is often heard mysteriously echoing through the dining area.

A spirit known fondly as Maurice, a ten year old boy who died as a child whilst staying at this hotel with his parents, is frequently seen to manifest on… you guessed it, the 14th floor.

With so much residual energy heavy in the atmosphere on these premises, it really comes as no surprise that guests often fall prey to sudden onsets of extreme emotion.

Is this hotel brimming with the supernatural energies of its past?

And can the living pick up on those energies?

What do you think?
