A very good morning to all our readers!

There are people who have a genuine fear of ghosts and the paranormal. Many folks do not enjoy being home alone once darkness falls.

Fears and phobia are nothing new and have been a topic of clinical research for many years.

In an early survey, it was revealed that a large proportion of those folks who feared ghosts, ghouls, witches and so on, were either very young children or individuals with other underlying issues. However, in relation to the children, it was also noted that their fear rapidly subsided after adolescence.

Another study group claimed that ‘fear of the paranormal had severely affected their lives’. 

As the study delved deeper it was revealed that the majority of those individuals were already being treated for disorders such as anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and mental health issues.

The group had confessed to feeling apprehensive in new social situations or environments which, in turn of course, included new and supernatural topics.

The paranormal is an innovative field worthy of investigating, just the same as many other subjects.

Everything is about perception, we can either reject an idealogy, or embrace it, but we really ought never fear it.
