Are spirits drawn to our emotional aura? Is negativity a supernatural magnet? 

Not ALL spirits intentionally set about haunting people, sometimes the are the unintrusive spectators, who  harmlessly observe from the sidelines. 

Its not always the 'house' thats haunted, its the person. From flickering anomalies, dark shadows, menacing entities, episodes of sleep paralysis. We looked a little deeper into many factors which may contribute to these very real and frightening phenomena. 

There have many links to episodes of trauma preceding sleep paralysis with many stating they witnessed an entity come into the room. But what if we take into account the fact that some spirits actually may feed on your fears!

Psychological anxiety, depression, grief, lack of sleep and even illness can all cause disruption and negativity.  There have been reports throughout the years of malevolent spirits attaching themselves to such negativity.

So what can we do about it?

We can ensure our health, mental and overall emotional wellbeing is safeguarded to the best of our ability. We can eliminate anything toxic from our lives whether that be food, people or influences.

So next time you see flickering shadows just beyond your peripheral view, just be sure to ask yourself are you in good health, getting plenty of rest?

Because if there is any truth in negativity attracting the negative, its time to get happy and well!
