Ghostly Soldiers and Dark Mass Entity Haunts Tunic Road | Bennington County Vermont | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Tunic Road in Vermont, runs through the small town of Shaftsbury and was first established in 1761 being named after the Earl of Shaftsbury.

Those brave enough to travel this long winding road are never short of paranormal tales to share. This stretch of road is allegedly haunted by multiple entities who are not shy about showing themselves.

Phenomena includes ghostly soldiers marching amongst the trees and audible sounds of children crying emanating from the surrounding forests.

There have been many outdoor enthusiasts who have alerted police upon being followed by a dark unexplained figure which follows unsuspecting hikers along their night trails.

Families often describe unexplainable orbs of light displayed across their family photographs which were taken along Tunic Road.

One group of friends described how they ventured out here one hot summer night and noticed the whole atmosphere alter. The air became 'cold as ice' which they said struck them as a red light warning being the height of summer. The whole group began to feel very uneasy and genuinely frightened so much so that they began to panic and wind the vehicle windows up.

They were literally shivering cold when they noticed a large black mass approach them head on in the road. The mass passed them but they will never forget their experience.

Where there are multiple altering factors involved, for example audible voices, light anomalies, a drop in temperature plus visual apparition sightings, surely there is room for discussion surrounding the paranormal nature of those events.

I don't know about you, but it sounds like the perfect Halloween hike to me.
