Situated between Caldwell and Nampa, lies the beautiful Lake Lowell. Urban legend states that this Lake is extremely haunted by the ghost of a young girl who sadly drowned here whilst water-skiing during the early 1970s. 

Many visitors to the area report seeing an apparition of a girl gasping for breath as she sinks beneath the glistening waves.

Some claim they have witnessed the girl sitting on the surrounding rocks, and as they attempt to communicate with her by approaching her, she rapidly disappears.

Many claim they have heard eery distant cries and moaning sounds emanating from the forest area nearby the shore at night.

Maybe there's more than just poisoned ivy living along the shores?

Many paranormal teams have stated feeling uneasy and even nauseous whilst attending the location, with night vision cameras recording multiple light anomalies and unexplained phenomena.

One paranormal team claims they were physically grabbed and touched by invisible hands.

A beautiful lake with a very unfortunate tale.
