Idanha Hotel | Boise, Idaho | Paranormal | Historical | IdaHaunts

Built in 1900, the Idanha Hotel plays an important part of Idahos history!

Originally used as an inn for travellers using the Nampa trainlines, the Idanha Hotel, is now registered apartments.

Said to be haunted by multiple ghosts and a well known hotspot for paranormal activity, let's delve a little deeper and find out why!

During renovation, the construction staff reported 'strange' goings on including forceful icy cold blasts of air and loud audible crying sounds. One worker reported hearing aggressive scratching and dragging sounds from an upper room which was at the time unoccupied.

It is believed that years ago, a bellboy was shot down and killed in cold blood here. Many believe that his spirit roams the building even to this very day seeking his revenge.

Also it is believed a woman was murdered here and her body coldly thrown into the basement.

Even more terrifying are the numerous reports of a very 'hostile and aggressive' entity which dwells on the 3rd and 4th floors tormenting guests, even violently pulling them from beds!

From distant moaning sounds, peering eyes around hallway corners, lights and televisions activating spontaneously, shadow figures and even sightings of a full bodied misty grey apparition.

It's no surprise that this Boise hotel makes the top 10 most paranormal locations in Idaho.

Set in the beautifully nostalgic down-town area of Boise, we think it's well worth a visit.
