Although there is no scientific evidence, or proof, that telekinesis is genuine, many parapsychologists claim that telekinesis is nothing new, but has actually been in use for many centuries.

There will always be debate and differing opinion around such topics.

However, here at Boise City Ghost Hunters Paranormal Investigations, we will always take the scientific approach.

Regardless of opinion, the facts remain, there is no study consensus to investigate, only 'supposed' phenomenon.

There is nothing solid or viable to be measured, so therefore it is difficult to apply a research standard.

Although the whole idea of science is to discover the unknown, our universe is explained and controlled by the laws of physics.

Physics tells us that brain waves CANNOT control objects.

The only forces that can influence objects from a distance would be either gravitational or magnetic.

Telekinesis CANNOT be assessed scientifically, therefore cannot be classed as being scientific.

One scientist suggested that probably the closest they have seen relating to such phenomena would be with recent stroke patients who use the brain to control a robotic limb.

However, the patients are trained to use the mind and these robotics are wired into the area of the brain responsible for performing the subsequent movement. Measurable brain signals are transferred via wires.

This is truly amazing, and real! but it is NOT telekinesis.

As much as many would like to belief that the ‘force really is within you’, currently telekinesis cannot fit within the confines of science.

We maintain the standard that in order to claim something is real, it requires scientific based evidence by way of in depth tests and analysis.

As scientific paranormal investigators, we must eliminate all natural explanation before even considering that something may be paranormal in nature.

It is vital we look to physics, not psychics, for solid viable evidence that can be captured and recorded by way of experimental testing.
