Marylin Monroe at Westwood Memorial Park Cemetery | Los Angeles| Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Situated in Westwood, Los Angeles, tucked away amongst the skyscrapers and hustle and bustle of the city, is Westwood Memorial Park Cemetery.

Here lie countless legendary stars such as Don Knotts, Truman Capote, Burt Lancaster, Marylin Monroe, Dean Martin, Natalie Wood, Judy Garland and Jack many of whom met extremely mysterious and unexplained untimely deaths.

Hundreds of visitors flock here every single day, to see one graveside in particular, that of Marylin Monroe. Initially the plan was to have a private crypt for Marylin, away from the public eye.

However demand was too great and interest constantly surrounded the actress even in her death. People would of course always hold such appreciation for Marylin. The decision was finally agreed upon to lay her to rest alongside other great names for all to see.

Many have claimed to seeing an apparition of the stunning Marylin herself beside her tombstone and there have even been images captured on digital cameras by such devoted fans. One man says he caught Marylins face in his picture staring right back at him.

Could this really be Norma Jean saying goodbye?

Other visitors swear they have felt uneasy and as if someone is watching over them at the park whilst others claim to seeing an actual pink toned mist or fog form right in front of her gravestone.

What do you think? Share your thoughts below. We would love to hear from you.

Tricks of the mind? Atmospheric explanation? Coincidence?

Or could it truly have been Marylin Monroe, the blonde bombshell of all our hearts reaching out from beyond the grave?
