Would you really like a glimpse of the paranormal?

This small road is allegedly haunted by Annie who, in life, was killed in a road traffic accident right here. During the 1800s the site served as a small settlement known as Riverview, with homes, farms and burial grounds. It also served as an encampment for soldiers of the Revolutionary War, many died and were buried right here in Totowa.

It is speculated that a young girl named Annie was in a car one night with her boyfriend driving to their Prom night. Annie would NEVER make it prom. An argument began between them. The boy opened her door and pushed her out of the vehicle. She managed to stand up and began looking for help along the dark lonely highway.

Horrifically, Annie was hit by an oncoming truck. Her body was laid to rest at the nearby Laurel Grove cemetery alongside the soldiers mentioned above. Many visitors today report hearing chilling crying sounds coming from the cemetery followed by otherworldly supernatural lights which appear to illuminate the whole burial grounds.

Thousands of pedestrians and drivers, present day, report sighting a female apparition, extremely pretty girl, wearing a beautiful white prom dress, literally running down Annies Road. And perhaps more sinister are the unexplained blood spatters which spontaneously manifest on the concrete road.

Many male vehicle drivers describe a female spirit who appears inside their vehicle and proceeds to seduce them.

But don't trust Annie because it is believed her intent is deadly. She is angry that her life was taken from her and now she wants to take yours. So she will distract you so that you crash. She is not attracted to you. She wants you dead. 

Be on your guard whilst exploring Totowa.

And remember, if you fall for Annie, it could be the very last thing you do.

Do not get out of your vehicle to help her. If she manifests inside your vehicle do not interact with her.
