Spirit of Ted Bundy Victim at Viewmont High School | Bountiful Utah | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Nestled in Davis County in Utah is Viewmont High School. This establishment is reportedly haunted by the spirit of one of Ted Bundys victims, Deborah Jean Kent.

These facts will chill you to the bone.

In November 1974, Ted Bundy attempted to kidnap Carol DaRonch. He pretended to be a Police officer and lured her to a nearby parking lot where he restrained her with handcuffs and placed her into his Volkswagon beetle car.

However, Carol struggled and managed to open the car door free herself from the vehicle. 

Bundy furiously and undeterred went on look for another victim.

Later that day, Viewmont High School were hosting a play. Bundy, dressed as a Police Officer, went inside the buildings drama hall, presented himself to staff and requested that a teacher come outside to identify a vehicle. The teacher refused as they were in the middle of a performance. Bundy went outside and waited.

Moments later, he spotted seventeen year old Deborah Jean Kent who was a student here.  Many people since noted a man waiting outside that day who seemed to be agitated. It would later be discovered that this man was Theodore Roosevelt Bundy and he kidnapped and killed Debby that very same day.

Bundy was later apprehended by authorities for a traffic violation and whilst searching his vehicle they discovered rope, handcuffs, duct tape and an ice pick. He was taken in to custody. Debby had been reported missing, yet Bundy did not confess to her killing until just before his execution, prolonging the families suffering until the very end. 

A true monster.

Over the years there have been literally thousands of unexplained paranormal phenomena experienced at Viewmont High School and its surrounding grounds. This phenomena includes a full body apparition of a female spirit being dragged through the parking lot.

Faculty believe this to be the spirit of Debby Kent haunting the school today.

Could this be an active residual haunting of her final moments? 

Perhaps even more sinister is the sighting of a phantom Volkswagon Beetle car parked just outside.
