This hotel is so amazing that I myself got married here.

If you want to stay at a haunted hotel in England, visit the Adelphi in Liverpool! The doors originally opened in 1862 and it has been re-built three times, narrowly escaping bombing during World War II and was a flagship accommodation property for passengers travelling overseas on ocean liners, one of which being HMS Titanic.

Notably, the Sefton Suite is an exact replica of the Titianics smoking lounge. 

Over the years the hotel has hosted notable guests including Sir Winston Churchill, Harold Wilson, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Bob Dylan.

An extravagant listed Grade II Edwardian building with originality and bygone era charm. 

Some paranormal teams claim they have actually seen ghosts walk-through rooms. In the Titanic replica Sefton Suite, many have reported seeing three officers stood side by side dressed in full Naval uniform, with white caps and even detailed blazer braiding visible, as if still in service on board.

Staff believe it to be the ghosts of Officer Edward Smith and two unnamed officers. 

There have been sightings of a grey lady dressed in Victorian dress in the basement area. 

But perhaps most shocking of all is sighting of an apparition at an upstairs window of the Crosby Suite, but staff confirm this suite is locked and not in use.
