Indiana is believed to be one of Americas most haunted States, and just like the tv show 'Eerie Indiana' we feel it truly lives up to its name!

Indiana is said to be brimming with vengeful entities and dark macabre secrets with spirits who are determined 'cause unrest amongst the living'.

One place in Indiana which is described as 'the stuff of nightmares' is the old Indiana State Psychiatric Hospital, nicknamed 'Indys Insane Asylum'. This facility closed its doors in 1994 and to say it 'lies eerily abandoned' would honestly be an understatement. Tragically the hospital depleted its monetary fundings and became a place of despicable abuse. Dr. Fletcher who was Superintendent here, paid homage to the victims by burning their restraints (see pic below). Today, locals claim this building is anything but empty!

Shocking and unexplained paranormal phenomena is often witnessed by passers by including horrific tormenting screaming and ghostly hands banging against windows! Could this be the entities of the screaming wraiths said to reside inside?

A wraith is believed to be the ghost of the undead who suffered horrible and traumatic deaths. Their powers include manipulation of electricity, inducing terror and fear, and manifesting their true forms to mortals. It is fact that many died due to trauma within these walls.

There are literally hundreds of documented reports and local authorities have been alerted many many times regarding sightings of unexplained and terrifying ghostly apparitions which roam the Indiana roads once darkness falls.
