Wedding Ghosts On Maines Route 11 Highway | Millinocket Maine | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Haunted houses and historic tombs, Maine has it all!

One of the most famous hauntings is The White Lady of Route 11, in Millinocket, Maine, also known as The White Lady of Brownsville Road.

The White Lady has been seen many times in this area especially near the bridge and in the surrounding forestry.

There is a local legend of a bride and groom who were on their honeymoon. One day whilst exploring the area, they suddenly lost control of their vehicle and swerved off road.

The groom told his new wife to stay put whilst he went to find some help.

When he returned, she was gone, never to be seen again.

On darker foggy nights pedestrians and hikers have encountered a female who is visibly distressed, crying, she is wearing a bridal dress, looking lost, confused and frightened.

This entity appears as a regular living person.

Many have come to the aid of this troubled lady, even offering her to take a seat in their vehicles whilst they try to seek clarity and help.

Moments later the lady vanishes into thin air before their very eyes.

I want to take a moment and ask you, the reader, how do you think you would react if you witnessed something like that?

Have you ever experienced something you consider to be paranormal?

I would love to hear your thoughts and stories in the comment section below.

Who knows, I might just share mine too.
