Apparition near Railway | Kootenai County | Paranormal | Haunting | IdaHaunts | BoiCGH

Did you know that Colburn Creek in Hayden Idaho, is believed to be haunted by the spirit of an old railroad worker?

Many locals have reported witnessing an apparition of an old man, he is holding a lantern, and is usually seen walking along the railway tracks.

However, when approached, he vanishes into thin air!

The village of Hayden dates back to 1870s and was named after a local soldier, Matthew Hayden, who won the rights to Hayden Lake over a card game with fellow soldiers.

The town was primarily a rural logging community using railroads to commute.

Could this spirit be one of those railroad workers residually haunting the tracks today?

Do you believe that spirits are aware that they are spirit? Please comment below.
