Could You Be Entranced By A Beautiful Hypnotic Voice? | The Baker Beach Siren | San Francisco, California | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

From creepy promenades hosting tales of occult practices, to paranormal state parks, welcome to San Francisco.

Baker Beach is located at the Golden Gate Point on the San Francisco peninsula in California.

The beach was first fortified by John Henry Baker in 1776 after New Spain established a presidio on the USA.

The beach is home to the infamous Burning Man Arts Festival and was merged into the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in 1972.

The beach is rumored to be haunted by a ghostly entity which is frequently heard singing, and calling out, along the shoreline. Her voice is described as sensual, enticing, mesmerizing, hypnotically powerful, and is believed capable of luring people into the ocean.

Many believe this phenomena is an entity known as a ‘siren’, a supernatural creature, which originates from Greek mythology.

These predators like to roam shorelines after dark.

In 1959 an eighteen year old man died of a shark attack, this was the only fatal shark attack to ever occur at this beach.

Many have encountered a male spirit, walking along the exact spot where that attack took place.

Coincidence or paranormal, what do you think?

A whole range of apparitions have been sighted roaming along the bay by beachgoers today.

In 1853 the SS Tennessee sank here, many have sighted a ghostly ship sailing the stormy sea and then vanishing into thin air.

Locals believe that the siren is responsible for many of the disappearances here.

So if sirens are said to be just folklore, how come so many individuals are all describing the same hypnotic singing?

What exactly is going on at this historical Californian beach today?
