Intelligent Haunt Little Boy Rolls Ball at The Palmer House Hotel | Minnesota | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Today we are taking you to the North Star State, Minnesota, known for its sinister unexplained paranormal phenomena. Let's take a look at what really lurks behind the States darkest shadows.

The Palmer House Hotel and Restaurant is located within the Sauk Centre, Minnesota, and was first opened in 1901. The hotel boasts a cosy traditional style and is often aesthetically compared to a British pub.

So what about the ghosts?

This venue is allegedly haunted by three separate entities.

The first is a prostitute who was killed here, she is prolifically flirtatious and will often stroke male guests on the arm, grasp their shoulders and even whisper sweet nothings in their ears.

The second spirit is that of a little boy who has been seen holding a ball. This child will frequently roll the ball past doors and guests often hear the ball actually bouncing along the hallways during the night.

Could this be an 'intelligent' haunting?

An intelligent haunting is conscious of its immediate surroundings, and as a result may readily interact. It has been suggested that intelligent haunts may linger around a specific person or place for two reasons. The first being to be close to loved ones they have left behind, the second being in order to communicate an important message from beyond the grave.

Have you ever felt a presence you sensed was trying to tell you something? If so please share your experiences with us in the comment section below.

Lastly, and perhaps the most frightening spirit here, is the tall slender man who appears hovering above guests beds which i am certain we would all agree would be severely traumatic to witness.

Mobile phones are known to suddenly deplete of power, a known indication of spirit presence as the entity will attempt using electrical energy sources in order to physically manifest.

One newly wedded couple who stayed here described disembodied ghostly laughter, heavy object such as chairs spontaneously moving across rooms and doors violently shutting in their faces.

Many paranormal groups have investigated this property and described the hotel as 'the real deal' and 'be warned as this place can really get under your skin'.

A lady who stayed here with her young daughter states that she heard movement and activity surrounding the childs bed continuously throughout the night even though her daughter was sleeping soundly.

Surrounded by shops, parks, lakes and just three blocks from The Sinclair Lewis Boyhood Museum, why not reserve a weekend here and see if you witness anything paranormal.

Rooms 11 and 17 are the establishments most paranormally active rooms and must be booked in advance. It is not advised to take young children into these rooms.

If you hear a bouncing ball you might want to lock your door, unless of course, you actually DO want to play.

*All properties require prior authorization and permission to investigate.  Boise City Ghost Hunters DOES NOT investigate cemeteries.*
