The Asher Walton House in Indiana is believed to be actively haunted by previous members of the Walton family who once resided here.

Originally built in 1858 this historical home once ran as a bed and breakfast and still retains many of its original features. The home is filled with unexplained paranormal phenomena.

Locals from outside communities have reported sighting apparitions of ghostly men and women peering from the upstairs windows and curtains mysteriously blowing open.

Could this be the original owners, Asher and Julia Walton, today keeping watch over the home they once so loved?

The current Manager has stated that artefacts such as toys and dolls may be holding onto negative residual energies.  Phenomena experienced here includes the audible sound of childrens laughter accompanied by tiny footsteps, as if the spirits of children are playing 'hide and seek'. Also detected is the distant sounds of piano music.

Also items have been known to move around different rooms of the home and doors spontaneously opening and closing and unexplained knocking sounds.

The nursery is believed to be haunted by the ghost of a little boy who has been known to manifest and and interact with toys presented in the room followed by EVP (electronic voice phenomena) calling out 'help me'.

The house is available for paranormal tours and tickets can be booked online.
