The Ghostly Judge At Fosters Hotel | Chama, New Mexico | Paranormal | Historical | Haunting | America | BoiCGH

Fosters Hotel, Restaurant and Saloon is located in Chama, New Mexico.

This hotel was first constructed in 1881, making it the oldest surviving structure in the town of Chama.

The building served as a resting area for travellers who entered via the Rio Grande Western railroad.

If you don’t mind apparitions stopping by your table whilst you dine, then this is definitely the place for you.

Staff and patrons report chilling supernatural encounters including being tapped on the back and shoulders and hearing audible sounds of stomping cowboy boots emanating from up on the second floor.

Many report feeling disorientated and uneasy upon entering the restaurant.

Room 21 is known for its dark creepy shadow figures and, in room 25, many describe floating mists and the spectral apparition of a little girl who died here who is often seen crying.

The spirit of a female Court Judge from the 1800s is also often encountered here.

Shortly after being elected, the judge was tricked by several assailants into drinking a poisoned alcohol drink at the bar.

Her lifeless body was discovered the next morning.

A terrifying apparition of the judge with deathly pale skin and a malevolent countenance is often witnessed here leaving onlookers shocked.

Let’s hope you don’t encounter the ghostly Judge if you visit.
