Quote from Angela on April 16, 2021, 7:47 pmThis week I had the opportunity of watching the movie 'The Haunting of Sharon Tate'.
I felt this movie lacked in something however I did enjoy it.
The production didn't shy away from the darker parts of events. Hilary Duff played a good representation and I feel she relayed a decent representation of some of the horrific emotions. I just expected more of a punch although the tension build up, costumes and settings were great!
This movie definitely possessed some 'Rosemarys Baby' and 'Eyes Wide Shut' feels which I really enjoy. Those psychologically nauseating moments when one realises... you're the odd one out and everyone is surrounding you with sinister plot and intention, that to me is scarier than blood and gore.
Worth a watch if you haven't already.
